How to measure
  • Neck: Around the base of the neck.
  • Shoulders: Around the widest point of your shoulders.
  • Chest/Bust: Around the fullest part below the armpits/across nipples.
  • Waist (Narrowest): Above belly button and below ribcage.
  • Waist (Belly Button): At belly button level for consistency.
  • Hips: The widest part of hips/glutes.
  • Thighs: Widest part, usually 3-5 inches below crotch.
  • Arms (Biceps): Widest upper-arm point.
  • Calves: Widest calf point.
